  • Minimum educational qualification – Graduate with Marksheet
  • BE, BTech, MBA freshers not eligible
  • Should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Should possess MS Office proficiency

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed KPIs by performing error free work and adherence to deadlines
Achieve productivity targets – so as to improve the overall performance of the team.

  • Adhere to planned shifts
  • Accurate update of task status in Workflow tool
  • Prompt and effective response to email system
  • General reliability as a team member
  • Provide suggestions for internal process improvements
  • Provide support and guidance to new staff
  • Achieve/exceed targets of service delivery
  • Conduct trainings where ever relevant
  • Handling day to day communication with stakeholders
  • Learn and execute BCP tasks, if applicable
  • Assist in adhoc projects in line with organization focus
  • Ensure no fines or penalties are imposed, prevent claims
  • Provide suggestions to improve efficiencies
  • Participate in internal team meetings and contribute with ideas/suggestions for overall improvement of the operations business unit.
  • Internal Contacts with various departments Maersk Line Offices.


Accountable and responsible for the development and performance of the BOMGSC STAD process including competencies and capabilities in line with the Global Service Centre strategy and other guidelines.
